WHAT IS THE PROGRAM? It is really simple. If you are an eligible community hero, and I represent you on a real estate sale or purchase, 20% of the JMRE agency commission will be paid towards your closing costs at closing.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE? Police, Firefighters, EMS, Nurses, Military (active duty and honorably discharged), and Teachers.
